 To Oversee the production process, coordinate with all production activates and operation.
 To plan production schedule, decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.
 Set the quality standards.
 Ensure that production cost should be effective by estimating costs with budgets within set the quality standards.
 Liaise with other departments and companies, e.g. Suppliers
 Supervise and motivate the team of work.
 Responsible of obtain maximum efficiency, control and monitor wastages.
 To achieve given targets of production efficiently.

 Plays a role as an important team member of production department and tries to achieve company targets through optimum maintenance and running of production lines. Also tries to cut down overhead costs and wastages.
 Perform Interface with inspection and manufacturing personnel on technical issues, specification requirements, inspection methods and scheduling.
 Responsible to maintain plant machinery in working condition. Coordination with QC and PIQC about ISO 9001-2015 certification.
 To check and manage, Store Inventory and its consumption.
 Preparation of Annual/Quarterly Budget of General Factory Supplies and new equipment or new project.
