Currently working as a Purchase Officer at a leading Plastic packaging company specialized in thin wall injection molding & rigid plastic packaging based in Dammam Second Industrial City.
Responsible for all Capex purchases like machine, robots, injection molds & auxiliaries. And, spare parts, rental agreements, repair & maintenance of building / plant.
Good experience of international shipping, Saudi customs requirements for imports.
Handles internal & external audit for the department.
• Prepare company’s journal entries, book keeping, bank reconciliations, employee’s payrolls and tax reports.
• Supported company with internal audit, budget control, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Prepared monthly depreciation reports, income statement and balance sheet using excel spreadsheet.
• Assisted controller and directors with financial reports.
• Supervised petty cash, accounts payable and receivable.
