Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Responsible for crafting detailed business plans for upcoming projects
• Oversee periodic evaluations of existing plans, ensuring timely adjustments to account for inflation impact and accurately reflect prices for end users.
• Managed the end-to-end budgetary process for the organization (preparation, analysis, implementation) for optimal resource allocation and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Developed customized dashboards using different visualization tools e.g. Looker studio, Power BI, google studio etc. from various data sources e.g. SQL, CRM, GA4, google sheets, enabling sales visibility for higher management & all stakeholders with multiple metrics e.g. weekly, daily, monthly, real-time sales, sales rep wise sales, customer wise, daily signups etc.
Business Development & Growth:
• Currently developing comprehensive business models with 3- and 5-year regional projections to attract investment from local and international venture capitalists.
• Spearheaded the development of investment calculators, optimizing sales planning & integrating them into platforms (contributed to exceeding Rs. 3 billion in sales within 2.5 years)
In addition, I also created FIRE calculator, Bucket calculator, Master calculator or any need-based calculator based on requirement by sales team.
• Contributed to crafting SOPs and processes for the Finance department, focusing on areas such as Payroll Processing and the end-to-end procurement cycle (PO to Invoice)
Created Purchase Requisition template for finance team for further use within departments.
Process Improvement & Technology Integration:
• Led HubSpot reconfiguration & improvement project (with vendor)
• Reduced lead drop-off through streamlined funnels, implemented data standardization and cleaning.
• Redesigned HubSpot teams and access controls, optimized lead, and deal properties, and built insightful reporting dashboards.
• This overhaul organized customer and deal data, reducing the CFT (Customer facilitation team) funnel stages by 68% (from 31 to 10 steps) and freeing up team capacity.
Successfully Led ERP Implementation & Ongoing Support for QUBED (DAO PropTech):
• Spearheaded a 3-month project to implement Odoo ERP for QUBED, Pakistan's first eco-friendly, high-tech tourism venture. This included needs assessment, system configuration, data migration & integration, user training, and ongoing support.
• Established efficient inventory management practices and implemented point-of-sale systems to streamline daily operations at QUBED's unique, sustainable resort.
• Provided comprehensive post-implementation support for QUBED, including generating monthly management reports, overseeing the finance department, developing & implementing SOPs, resolving Odoo system issues, and conducting on-site visits for tasks like inventory counts and monthly closings.
Successfully Led Odoo ERP Implementation with service providers for QUBED.
QUBED Nathiagali is Pakistan's first eco-friendly, high-tech tourism venture.
I spearheaded the complete implementation of Odoo, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, for QUBED. QUBED is a unique and sustainable destination resort constructed from repurposed shipping containers. QUBED provides comfortable accommodations with daily rates and the convenience of an on-site restaurant for guests looking to dine in.
This three-month project encompassed:
- Full Odoo ERP Implementation: This included needs assessment, system
configuration, data migration and integration, user training and ongoing support.
- Inventory Management and Point-of-Sale Systems: I established efficient
inventory management practices and implemented point-of-sale systems for
smooth daily operations.
Following a successful implementation, I extended my engagement with QUBED to provide ongoing support:
- Monthly Management Reporting: I generate comprehensive monthly reports
for informed decision making.
- Finance Department Supervision: I oversee the entire finance department,
ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development and Implementation: I
create and implement essential SOPs to streamline processes.
- Odoo Troubleshooting and Support: I address any Odoo system issues and
liaise with Odoo support as needed.
- On-Site Support: I conduct periodic visits to the resort for inventory counts,
monthly closings, and other tasks.
Mannan City represents a project undertaken by Ishaq & Sons Pvt. Limited, specializing in the sale of residential & commercial plots.
- Cost-effective Sales Recording System: I implemented a user-friendly sales recording system for Mannan City, a real estate company, using Excel 365. This approach avoided expensive software solutions.
- Streamlined Data Entry: The system allows for efficient recording of daily plot sales and payment receipts in two separate tabs in single spreadsheet making it single source-of-truth.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Over 20 reports were created using the data, including:
1). Daily and monthly sales summaries
2). Cash book
3). Allotment letter templates
4). Investor balance statements etc.
- Ongoing Support: Mannan City requested continued assistance for system enhancements, maintenance, and future feature introductions. This includes:
1). Periodic site visits
2). Addressing evolving reporting needs
3). Introducing new functionalities
Fauji Foundation is a Pakistani conglomerates company which is active in fertilizer, cement, food, power generation, gas exploration, LPG marketing and distribution, Health, Education, financial services, and security services.
Worked in Health Finance Department; managed team of 15 individuals.

• Supervision & Finalization of Annual Budget; from preparation to implementation
Financial Operations & Reporting:
• Efficiently prepared dynamic management accounts by consolidating 11 general ledgers of hospitals into a singular source-of-truth. Streamlined monthly reporting with one-click access. Major metrics was month.
• Implemented automated monthly cash demand processing for all hospitals, redesigned templates for efficiency. Streamlined communication by responding to unapproved demands through emails, significantly reducing paper and postage costs.
Project Management & Problem Solving:
• Conducted health project inspections, identified a 9-month vacancy in the finance manager position at a hospital, and managed the accounts department on behalf of the head office during this period. Also represented the same hospital in budget making process & helped them finalize the Opex & Capex budget, starting from zero.
