Support Engineer
Successfully supported the company in the part of maintenance
The computers, such as formatting, preparing the PC's to work

Monitor PC's.
Primary Purpose of the Job the Systems Engineer - Client Support is responsible for ensuring the availability of IT services to the end users at companies by providing access to IT systems by means of desktop computers. Laptops and mobile devices complimented by peripherals such as printers and scanners. Provides technical assistance to computer systems users. Answers questions and resolves computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location. Provides assistance and guidance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, Microsoft Office applications, electronic mail, operating systems, and eFax and scanning tasks. Installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Sets up equipment for new employees by performing and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems and appropriate software. Arranges with vendors to prepare desktop and laptop computers by pre-installing an image of the Companies standard software and utilities as well as e-Mail. Maintains an asset register for all desktop computers and laptops as well as peripheral equipment. Acts as a Helpdesk representative for companies’ staff and may be heading a call-center to deal with problems, incident reports or tasks as they are raised.
