o Lead role in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning and Recruitment. Supporting in Business process mapping and prototyping, gap analysis, solution design, setup, testing and user training.

o Participated in detailed Payroll requirement information gathering needed for Reports Customization
o Customized Self Service Time Expenses responsibilities using the Time and Expense Self Service Menu with menu exclusions, Mass Timecard Approval using the OTL Self Service Approval Menu and Worklist Timecard Approval using the OTL Worklist Timecard Approval menus
o Involved in defining Elements, Element sets, Assignment sets, Consolidation set, Element links.
o Performed OTL setup by defining Approval rules, Hours types, Time entry rules, Approval styles and Setting up the Preferences.
o Configured mapping of timecards elements of OTL with Oracle Payroll earnings for Multi-Payroll environments.
o Worked on Transferring Timecards to BEE.
o Designed programs to upload time from Time force to OTL data conversion including time and attributes for OTL module.
