Responsibility to manage, overall WH requirement and Stores Transactions with Safety precautionary measures. The Receipt of incoming material, informed to concern End user for their inspection, and process as per their need. As the delivery against critical requirement will be issued to end user after their inspection and for stock purpose to be allocated in appropriate stacking area.
Issuance of material to consumer dept.in timely to meet their operational requirement without any delay. The sub-ordinate staffs to assign task as per individual's capability, and close observation of sub-ordinates for timely completion on their assigned task.
Ensure proper documentation process update (related to Receipt / Issue / Stores Transfer materials) on day to day basis. Daily & Monthly Transaction reports to be submit as per schedule to the management for their concurrence.
The submission of appraisal report for subordinate at actual with honesty, to keep maintaining healthy & good quality of working atmosphere.
Managing the stores cum warehouse transactions updation by getting datas from the logistics coordinators located at various regions. Accounting related to stores internal and external transactions, keeping track to avoid any misuse or mishandling of materials without authorisation.
Fixing the local transporter in contractual basis according to company terms and conditions and as per warehouse requirement located at various regions . To convoy the material from warehouse to sites and vice-versa.
Managing all stores transactions through sub-ordinates. By Instructing them to process their assigned task without any complicate. Ensure the store activities including documentation update on daily basis.
Reviewing the stock position often to meet the production requirement in time. In order to meet their production level and achieve target.
Apart from the logistic activities, Allocating assigned task to sub-ordinate staff and close observation at different levels for their timely completion of task.
Allocating the receiving consignments in appropriate location. Reviewing the stock position on routine basis and keep servicing the damaged material through the labourer. Fulfilling the customers requirement in time.
Achieve the sales target by maintaining the stock position as per the requirement in economical condition.
Maintains the overall stores transactions both internal and external in related to receipt, issue and despatch. Manning the labourers and deploy them in assigned task. Reviewing the stock position periodically to meet the production requirement.
Vetting all the receipt of bulk consignments received through the trucks and tankers. Preparing the day to day datas updation. Forwarding the occurrence to the higher authorities.
I started my professional stint with Indian Air Force and served progressively for 20 years. During this tenure, I played key role in Logistics Management, supply chain management, inventory control, raw material management including spares, electronic equipments, textile, non-textile material, petrol, oil and lubricants, etc., Maintaining the leave plan according to the manpower availability.
Subsequently expertise in the field of Logistics, Stores, Supply Chain and Warehousing Management with an Exemplary level, I've discharged from the service by completing my inital engagement service 20 years on volunteer basis as Sergeant (Senior Non-Commissioned Officer ) from Indian Air Force.
