Key Involvement Areas: On Field Preparation Driver Management: Dealing with various nationality drivers like Indian, Pakistani, Nepali, Sudanese, Egyptian, Yemen, Philippines and Saudi Nationals. MIS reporting (Ideal driver time sheet and daily driver report) to Transport Manger regarding driver status. Responsible for Monitoring Driver activities on daily basis with QHSE department like, defensive driving test and safety training report. Issuing PPE to the drives for new joining and existing drivers as per project requirement. Follow-up with HR department to provide Drivers Iqama and Licence. Responsible for taking care of filing drivers Applications of Vacations and Exit to the HR department. Providing Replacement Drivers in Case of Vacations, Exit, Sick & Refusal, Accidental emergency and Drunk & Drive. Managing Drivers Vacations & Exit approval with the consent of Transport Manger. Coordinate with HR and Payroll regarding drivers (salary issue & penalty issues and personal problems) and convince drives them to continue their work on project. Coordinate with HR department regarding rejoining of vacations return drivers. Coordinate with Camp boss in case of driver's medical issue and other problems. Randomly switching drivers from one project to another project as per request and do necessary work like (surrender and issue -Project ID, Safety ID and waybills receiving's) also send project change request the department. Maintain cordial relations and proper coordination with the drivers to running smooth operations. Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate with Asset Department for Ideal Trucks report and list of trucks needs maintenance work. Responsible to do necessary pre-inspections of truck like (light, wiper, windshield, side mirror, No Plate front and back, tyres, battery, a/c and safety standard) all working or it is ready for trip or not. Coordinate with the Workshop team to do necessary Maintenance work as truck needed. Arrange drivers and issue trucks to them for maintenance work to be get done in workshop as per standard. If Truck MVPI (Motor Vehicle Periodic Inspections) fails then arrange cash for drivers and send to MVPI centre. Responsible for make it ready all the ideal trucks in asset parking. Share information regarding Truck No Plate issues to Asset department to take necessary actions. Coordinate with workshop manager to bring ready trucks from other workshop centre outside company. Coordinate with the Technical team to check Truck GPS is working properly and Diesel team to start Diesel chip to issue fuel to drivers. Responsible for Bulk preparation of truck for Saudi Armco and Saudi Electrify projects as per there standards. Asset Management: Daily MIS reporting to transport manger of Asset parking with availability of all HCV specification of 6X6, 6X4, and 4X2 trucks (Man, Volvo, and Mercedes Benz) Along with Multi axel FB (Flat Bed), TK (Oil Tanker), BK (Cement Bulker), WT (Water Tanker), and MT (OBM- Oil Base Mud- Mud Taker). Issue trucks from Asset Parking to the drivers as per project requirements. Pre- Inspection of all the necessary documents and trucks. Responsible for surrendering the trucks in case of Vacation & Exit going drivers and also in case of in-transit driver depart. Responsible to send request to asset department for truck change if it required in case of accident & breakdown and specific project requirement. Coordinate with the Asset department to assignee projects to the drivers in system and issue the trucks as per request. Responsible for issuing safety & lashing equipment to the drivers for their trucks like (chain, belt, locks, wheel choker, wood dunnage, tarpaulin, first aid box as per projects specification.

Role & Responsibilities: Providing Transport Services to Pan India (Mostly covered- North East, West Bengal, Bihar, Uttarpradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Maharashtra. Closely Working with Manufacturing and distribution companies to provide fleet as and when required. Type of Vehicle dealing: LCV- 14f t, 17ft, 19ft, 22ft and HCV- 12, 14 Wheeler also Trailers for ODC. Ensure vehicle availability at transport agents and other brokers. Working closely with Transport agents and fleet owners to get the best freight rates. Ensure Vehicles are in good condition and documents are verified with Owner and Transport Agent Ensure vehicle get load in stipulated time period and proper Documentation can be done at loading site. Monitoring and updating in transit Vehicle status to the party time to time. Ensure loaded material will be delivered safely to the customer. Insure Loading Slip or Invoice can be properly received by the party at Unloading site and handed to the driver that balance payment should be paid ASAP.
