Preparing the Standard Costing and the Intercompany Transfer Prices.
Analysing the Variances between Standard and Actual Cost and the trend.
Maintains Accruals, Fixed Assets and Prepaid Schedules.

Appear, arrange and complete the requirements for the Internal & External audit of the company.

Stock Inventory
Generating weekly and monthly accounts/finance reports

Preparation of Employees Payroll and Settlements
Assisting Accounts Manager
Preparing Journal vouchers
Maintaining Cash Book which includes Analytical Petty Cash Book
Calculating the discount on sales invoice
Maintaining cash and inventory
Preparing Weekly and Monthly Expenses Reports
Maintaining the Credit ledgers of the customers
Preparing daily miscellaneous expense report
Cheque payments to suppliers
Maintaining the supplier ledgers
Preparation of monthly sales report
