1. Create project schedule in coordination with planning team in accordance with contract requirements, and another targeted schedule for internal use which includes accelerated progress with earlier completion dates.

2. Review progress reports prepared by planning engineer and prepare recovery/mitigation plans to recover/mitigate any delays in project.

3. Organise project team, assign specific tasks to each of them and enhance team work to ensure smooth execution of project.

4. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers and finalize with them after reviewing the comparison sheets prepared by procurement team.

5. Enforce the implementation of safety policy to guarantee safe working environment for all personnel working at site.

6. Attend meetings with local authorities for projects that required building permits and/or no objection certificates to explain scope of work and clarify any queries raised by them.

7. Coordination with client and consultant to execute the job to their satisfaction and project Specifications & HSE Policy, and attending the progress meetings.

8. Coordinate between site and engineering teams to produce free of clashes design, and assist engineering team to achieve the most practical design according to each site condition.

9. Review payment certificates & variation orders prepared by project QS and provide the required advice.

10. Preparing financial reports related to project like cost control and cost to complete reports and discuss with top management.

11. Review construction methodologies prepared by site team and/or subcontractors and discuss with them to insure its practicality.

12. Coordinate with Planning & Contract team to prepare extension of time claims and prolongation costs related to EOT.

3. Supplying equipments and tools needed for erection work like mobile cranes, manlifts, forklifts, scaffoldings etc.
