• I am responsible for departmental strategic projects and look after Project Management. Some of recent projects include (Global HRIS) Workday™, (Internal System) h2h enhancements & ISO 9001:2008.
• Our operations include Program and Portfolio Management practices along with Analytical Project Status Reports for management.
• Along with the above, implementation of Centralized Information Management System and Strategic HR Dashboard Reporting is also part of our scope, supporting the management taking effective and informed decisions for Telenor and its sister concerns here in Pakistan.
• Headed four sub-teams: Software Quality Control, Software Quality Assurance, Software Configuration Management and Defect Resolution Team, building all the above from scratch.
• Coordinating with Top Management and helping them with their strategic planning.
• Worked as internal consultant and Management representative for ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI.
• Acted as Project Manager and Business Analyst in several small to medium scale projects. Worked on ISO 9001:2000 standards.
• Established SQA department and drafted SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Development and Quality Assurance Depts.
• Worked on Large scale Financial suites like Takaful (Islamic Insurance), Investment Banking System, and Loan Management Systems for both Government and Private sectors
• Head the SQA department for Financials and Health Care applications
• Supervise the Software Quality Assurance and Control Team in implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and CMM-I (Level 2) in the company.
• Project Management, Client Coordination and Business Analysis
• Worked on project related to Distance Learning, Security and other Large scale portals Software Quality Control Activities, Software Testing, SQA related documentations
• Managing team and client coordination
• Business process improvement activities initialized ISO 9001:2000 related activities in the company
• PIA’s Training Program, organized by the Government of Pakistan. During this time, I was directly responsible for interacting with the computer systems and networks. Have also worked on several control documents (Manuals) for Engineering Department.
