Reports directly to the Operations Manager. Plans, organizes, and controls work activities of the Project Unit to carry out the work schedules and frequencies, developed so as to maintain the highest possible catering service, sanitary standards and good public relations, by creating an outstanding catering service, clean, attractive, safe environment in the projects.
Follow up All food & beverage Provision, Send Requisition, monitoring stock label on board, monitoring FIFO system.
Weekly & monthly Inventory and Update with ERP system
Monitoring and update Daily Food& beverage and HK issue
When requested, shall appear at various committee meetings such as Quality Controller, Hygiene infection control, environmental health inspection rounds, and weekly communication meetings.
Performs all managerial functions of the Company. Tours the all project periodically & ensuring the catering services are met with our company standard.
Covering each assigned area to observe cleaning crews at work, and to determine that instructions are followed and safety rules are observed. Prepares written reports as required by the Operations Manager.
Directs and administers the Catering & housekeeping program in strict accordance with
Project guidance, principals and policies.
Carries out other duties and responsibilities instructed by the clients.
Daily costing has to be monitor and report to the operations manager and have to ensure the cost is below budgeted cost & controlling of wastages monitoring should be in place.
Ensures to conduct daily management tool box meeting and supervisor are reported the daily activity in their log book.
