▪ Execution, co-ordination, monitoring the installation & materials supplies for various electro-mechanical
services for the car parking projects viz. includes fire protection system, HVAC system, storm & sanitary
drainage system, water supply system, irrigation system, FADS & PAVA system, lighting system, earthing
& lightning protection system, power system & transformer with panel boards.
▪ Coordinate with other disciplines like civil, architectural & electrical teams to integrate the electro -
mechanical prerequisites as per project specs, BOQ, shop drawings & applicable standards with
monitoring the project completion schedule.
▪ Coordinate with the consultants & clients for submitted material, shop drawings, As-builts drawings for
their review approvals and conduct meetings with the consultants and subcontractor & vendors as and
when required.
▪ Assist the quantity surveyor in submitting the electro-mechanical quantities for project measurables and
manage the sub-contractor in inventory & invoice submission.
▪ Familiar with tracking & managing various project data logs, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFI's,
transmittals, site instructions, change or variation orders and communicate effectively with relevant
project information to & from project team and stakeholders, assist procurement and delivery of material
with vendors and subcontractors.
▪ Prepare Project handover reports and other necessary documents like ITP, Method Statement, TAB
report, WPS, WQR, as-built drawings and collection of Equipment warranties, instruction & Operational
manual etc.
▪ Prepare Electro-mechanical shop drawings, As-builts, & proposal for any modification or change orders
(if any) required during the site execution for consultant’s review and approval

▪ Designing, execution, co-ordination, monitoring the installation & materials supplies for various
firefighting services for high rise building projects viz. includes fire sprinkler system, fire hydrant system,
FADS system, fire extinguishers in various areas including lobby area, apartments, car parking area,
gymnasium, recreational room etc.
▪ Designing, execution, co-ordination, monitoring the installation & materials supplies for HVAC system for
multiple areas including 2-4 BHK apartments, duplex apartments, lobby area, gymnasium, recreational
room & ventilation system in basement.
▪ Designing, execution, co-ordination, monitoring the installation & materials supplies for storm water,
sanitary drainage, irrigation and plumbing system for the tower and other amenities within the project
frontier.
▪ Conduct site inspections with the contractors for any service clashes with other disciplines in order to
maintain free flow of activities on the project.
▪ Knowledge of various project management methodologies and concepts in the construction industry and
able to manage vendors, contractors and sub-contractors for progression of work.
▪ Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards project target, client's expectation
and coordination with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.
▪ Coordinate with other disciplines like civil & electrical site & design teams to incorporate various
mechanical prerequisites as per ISHRAE, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, NFPA, IPC and MAHA RERA standards
with monitoring site safety plan to ensure the team following project safety plan.
▪ Assist the management in vendors and subcontractor’s coordination, review and submit all data received
from project management team and approve the project submittals and perform general administrative
& record keeping functions including project documentation, field review reports, maintenance of project
files, billing, materials log, and other objectives to deliver the PMO's goals.

▪ Monitoring & inspecting the installation & erection with testing of all mechanical equipment for HVAC
system, Fire Fighting and Plumbing system.
▪ Ensure all the mechanical works for HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing system are done in accordance with
the approved construction drawings, P & IDs, detailed design drawings, contract documents, Project
Technical Specifications and all the applicable standards with compliance of approved submittals.
▪ Coordination & follow up with other SEC Dept. like Safety & Environmental Protection Division (ISD), Pre-
qualification & Support Facilities Division (PQ & SF), Field Operation & Support Facilities Division (FOSS),
& Engineering & Design Division (E&DD) for design reviews, Inspections and SEC approvals.
▪ Conducting meetings with several Main / Sub-Contractors / Vendors along with other concerned SEC
divisions to review the design related issues & work progress.
▪ Plan the execution of Mechanical related works & coordinate with electrical & civil dept. & to assign
targets for accomplishments & ensure the targets are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups at site.
▪ Inspecting the testing & commissioning of booster, submersible & fire pumps along with conducting
pressure, hydro & gravity test in piping system as per the procedures in accordance to SEC standards.
▪ Witness the testing & commissioning of HVAC equipment’s like Packaged Air Conditioning Units, split A/C,
ducted FCU, Smoke Purging fans, pressurization fans, tunnel ventilation fans along with testing & air
balancing of HVAC system in coordination with SEC - Field Operation & Support Facilities division.
▪ Monitor & inspecting the installation & testing of DDC Panels for the SAS System, and inspect the
installation of various electrical system like MVD, MF/SD, solenoid valve, disconnecting switches, lighting
arrestor, grounding system, Electric duct heater, FACP panel, various cable trays and pumps control
panel.
▪ Witness the testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm & Detection system, FM200 Fire Suppression System
& Fire Hydrant System in coordination with SEC - Safety & Environmental Protection Division.
▪ Preparing daily, weekly progress reports & issuance of site instruction, if the contractor failed to comply
with standards, approved drawings & PTS, and report to SEC Project Engineer & Group leader.
▪ Conduct general inspection on contractor’s and subcontractor’s work completion to be within the
SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA & IPC standards & to assure a safe operation of work at site.
▪ Arrange the Health & Safety Environment procedures & meetings on the field along with the co-ordination
of Safety Consultant in order to achieve safe manpower workplace.
▪ Inspecting the Installation of EOT - Electrically Overhead Travelling Crane and testing for various load
test, Deflection test as per SEC Standards & test procedure.
▪ Examine & inspect the steel structure support installation for 380kV/132kV GIS & Transmission line Gantry
lattice structure, peaks & towers against detailed design drawings with assuring compliance with
approved submittals

▪ Perform the installation & testing of HVAC equipment’s like Packaged air conditioning units, Air handling
unit, evaporative coil units, split A/C’s, air curtains, chillers, CHW piping, pumps, valves & make-up tanks,
DDC Panel, smoke purging fans & ventilation fans.
▪ Prepare & submit various project related documents like Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Welder
Qualification Report (WQR), and Request for Inspection (RFI’s), Testing and Balancing reports & other
necessary documents etc.
▪ Perform testing - commissioning & air - balancing for HVAC machines & equipment’s, chilled water piping
& plumbing system for clients & contractor’s witnessing and organizes test report for the tested
equipment’s as per the Clients requirements.
▪ Perform the installation & testing of firefighting system like fire sprinkler system, fire hydrant system,
FADS system, fire extinguishers, Clean Agent FM200 Fire Suppression System along with other utilities
like irrigation system, U/G drainage system, voice evacuation system and plumbing system.
▪ Follow up for inspection with client / consultants & Main contractor’s engineer for supplied material &
accomplished work and assure that inspections are carried out as per their schedule & procedure.
▪ Design & modify the approved construction drawings for the HVAC & Plumbing & drainage system as per
site requirement (if required) to avoid any obstruction in with other disciplines, and prepare the Red-
Mark-ups and as-built drawings for final approval.
▪ Follow-up and coordinate with the ATC factory and other vendors/suppliers for HVAC, firefighting,
plumbing, irrigation & drainage system materials and accessories, duct fabrication & other materials for
on time delivery as per clients approved material and delivery schedule to expedite the material shipments
in order to avoid any delays.
▪ Arranging and submitting all associated documentation required for submittal approval & estimate the
bill of quantity for material requirements and maintaining and submitting daily & weekly progress reports
in an agreed format to the Project Manager & Main Contractors.
▪ Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants & Main contractor to review & provide the update for
project progress, also attend & Transcribe the Health & Safety Environment procedures & meetings on
the site, and submit daily report to HSE safety consultant.
▪ Prepare & submit the invoice claims to the main contractor for the supplied & installed material quantity
& accomplished work with all the required documentation & billing.
▪ Able to handle a team of 80 -100 workers including supervisors, foremen’s & technicians and schedule
the work as per the project plans and deadlines
