Our company is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from beginning to end. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.

Identify and implement improvements with manufacturing teams that reduce
product cost, improve quality, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Determine, justify, and coordinate the purchase and implementation of new
equipment and processes jointly with manufacturing teams.
Assist in the design and build of assembly/processing equipment and
processes.
Establish, monitor, and develop improvement plans for qualitative KPI.
Support continuous improvement by identifying and addressing opportunities
to reduce cost, improve product/process, and enhance overall operations.
Develop and implement improved standard procedures through the lean
process and tools; document, so improved process can become organization
standard.
Review and make disposition on non-conforming materials.
Drive supplier performance improvement through root cause analysis,
corrective action, and supplier performance reviews.
Conducting Process Rejection Analysis through problem-solving 7QC Tools during process.
Handling quality improvement by implementing POKA YOKE & on line process control.
