Establish SAICO Project management office, processes, template, project methodology aligned to PMI Standards
Establish and Implement Program and Project Governance framework to achieve set goals
Strategically plan and manage initiatives consisting of program components that meet SAICO’s expectation.
Defined and institutionalized PMO dashboard to track and monitor the status of portfolio, programs and projects, provided executive reports to Program Steering Committee
Collaborate with functional groups within the organization to drive execution of requirements for System Implementations and manage stakeholder expectations.
Perform analysis of Critical Success Criteria, KPI/KRIs and non-financial benefits realization
Ensure Key stakeholder management and communication is in place
Manage closure phase, gather best practices and lessons learned
Translate business direction into technical specifications as well as Translate technical jargon and reasoning for the business stakeholders; Coordinates all project activities with project team, stakeholders and vendors.
Coordinates with any stockholders for change requests to project.
Proactively document & re-engineered key business processes across the main head-office functions including Finance, HR, Medical Insurance, and General Insurance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency, automation and workflow.
Documenting business and IT processes
Working with the business teams to create, validate, and analyze requirements.
Conduct gap, use case, business process, task, traceability, and workflow analysis.
When needed, assist and/or support UAT with the validation of test scripts.

Managing PHP based projects following agile methodology.
Schema designing & normalization.
