I am responsible to manage all the IT related things e.g hardware and software with in the company and i have started a new service of web development and digital marketing for the company.
Responsibilities:
Website development
Digital Marketing
Implementing and maintaining systems and networks,
Overseeing software and hardware upgrades
Developing IT policies and procedures
Budgeting for technology needs
Aligning IT strategies with the organization's objectives
I have worked as SOC L1 analyst and perform the following responsibilities during my tenure:
Network Troubleshooting
Monitor and investigate alerts
Configure and Manage Security Tools Firewalls, IDS/IPS
Develop and Implement IDS Signatures
Escalate the security incidents to the Tire 2 and team lead
if needed.
Research and Development
Malicious URLs detection (A.I ML)
Documentation, Content writing, proofreading
