Autymate is a fintech startup in the US; a SaaS-based platform for data automation and analytics in the accounting & finance domain.
My responsibility involves implementing and optimizing SDLC processes by following the best practices of PMP® & agile methodologies.
Here are some of my routine activities, including but not limited to:
• Supervising cross-functional teams comprised of developers, QA professionals, designers, and support personnel to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
• Initiating: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and crafting comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Planning: Conduct regular requirement elicitation and backlog grooming sessions with key stakeholders to document detailed requirement specifications(RS) for technical team leads.
• Occasionally converting Requirements Specifications (RS) into a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on an as-needed basis.
• Planning: Defining the sprint scope & length based on the critical path, team capacity, and stakeholder priorities.
• Execution & Monitoring: Overseeing project progress daily, mitigating risks, and resolving critical blockers/dependencies to ensure smooth workflow. Proactively keeping the stakeholders updated with the progress, risks, and blockers.
• Agile/SCRUM: Conducting all 5 Scrum ceremonies within an agile environment.
• Documentation: Promoting a culture that values thorough documentation.
• Leadership: Building trust with technical leads by providing them autonomy on the technical and implementation aspects.

I commenced my professional journey as a .NET full-stack developer immediately after graduating. Over the course of nine years, I successfully developed and led the implementation of three to five enterprise solutions. My expertise spans the entire development lifecycle, from design and coding to architectural considerations.
Advancing within the company's hierarchy, I held the position of a Senior Team Lead. In that role, I collaborate with the project manager, contributing to the preparation of project estimations and work breakdown structures. Simultaneously, I remain actively involved in programming and development activities.
