Prepare comparison analyses to previous estimate for assigned scope.
Act as key coordinator between different department in regard to Cost
data gathering and updates.
Assist Buyer with research on vendor and contractor’s pricing and quotes.
Maintain electronic/physical project folders ensuring all the appropriate
data are included.
Assist in Bid Opening Process.
Schedule and take minutes of scope review meetings.
Performing administration activities such as maintaining information files,
scheduling meetings, Archiving tender’s document, etc.
Maintain Expenditure Records, as required.
Any other duties as assigned.
