Execution of business related engineering projects like enhancing line capacities, increasing utility
services (refrigeration, steam, air etc.) by planning, budgeting, defining project designs, deciding layouts
in consultation with experts and internal customers, approving the PID, vendor selection, erection and
commissioning of process plants etc.
Supervised daily operations, maintenance and machine safety.
To lead an engineering team of executives and technicians comprising of mechanical, electrical,
instrumentation, and Engineering Projects.
Established and documented protocols for preventive maintenance procedures.
Applied engineering principles to monitor and optimize utilities in each section (Steam, Water and
compressed air).
Drive energy and water conservation initiatives in the plant.
Initiate, search, design, and develop capital expenditures for the plant to achieve annually planned new
product developments of the company.
Prepare, monitor and control project budgets and set up governance procedure for packaging machine
project.
Ensure the short- & long-term planning and day to day operations. Effective delegation of project
work to the right skilled team.
Ensure the planning, allocating tasks and setting milestones, monitoring, controlling and closure of
assigned tasks with minimal plant disruption, reduction in unscheduled downtime while lowering cost
and creating higher plant efficiency
Prepare the projects related process, Instrument and P&ID.
Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues.
Ensure adherence of SOP as per Defined standards.
Participate in audits and ensure timely completion of Corrective Actions.
Worked as a Mechanical Engineer; managing the Plant responsibilities, including service and maintenance of plant machinery.
Responsible for maintenance activities; analyzing various failures and taking corrective and preventive action.
Check the alignment, pre-assembly, Erection and commissioning of Equipment, Machine, Pumps, Blowers, Refining Screens, Pipe Line, Boilers.
Responsible for installation and maintenance of Mechanical Equipment Rotating, Non- Rotating, Refining Equipment, Pumps like Centrifugal, Reciprocating, High pressure & Multistage, Valves, NRV horizontal & vertical type, Rotor, Impeller, Tanks and vessels etc
Giving guidance to the technicians for machine troubleshooting; planning preventive maintenance schedule of the machines on routine basis.
Responsible for Breakdown, Shutdown and Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Clearance. Preparing Shutdown, Breakdown and preventive Maintenance.
Check the Fit, Clearance & Tolerance of the Mechanical Equipments.
Responsible for reduce breakdown& Manpower.
Installation and commissioning of machines at site and checks its parameters.
Worked as Commissioning Engineer for new product development support and Service Support for existing product.
• Professional Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ROORKEE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Roorkee, Uttarakhand
