•Responsible for implementation of training solutions with the purpose to achieve organizational objective within budgeted allocations and organizational resources.
•Identify training and development need within the organization. Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes and other factors.
•Implement training programs, amend and revise programs as necessary in order to adapt to the changes that occurs in the work environment.
•Knowledge management: Keeping training materials up to date, Using information technology (IT) to produce training materials and manuals, Management of all training materials of company.
•Conduct internal training and Development programs for Management Staff, Trainee Engineers, Trainee Chemists, Workers and apprentices and providing orientation training to the newly inducted Management Staff, GTE’s and apprentices to improve personal performance of their work if required by the concerned department.
•Ensures company’s training targets are met.
•Provide feedback to the concern instructor and Training Incharge about the class performance.
•Prepare training plan as per training need requirements of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 & ISO19001 and maintain all the requirements related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
•Responsible for overall superintendence of the training centre.
•Internal auditor regarding at company level for health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) audits.
•Conduct internal audit in different departments, check compliance, deviation and raise non conformities and suggest areas for improvement.
•Conduct departmental inspection of work activities through documentation reviews, physical tours and interviews to ensure implementation of HSEQ programs and requirements.
•Conducts risk assessment and risk mitigation measures on-site and before commencement of jobs
•Undertakes corrective and preventive measures to ensure a proper environment and health for the organization and its stakeholders.
•Comes up with proposals for corrective or preventive measures, and investigates, analyzes and reviews accidents or near misses within the organization.
•Conduct job safety
•To ensure regular emergency response is effective and that line managers and employees are prepared at all times
•Designs and conducts drills, both announced and unannounced
•Coordinates HSE subordinate staff working and ensures that work safety permits are enforced.
•Make sure that all employees are properly informed about the working, environmental and safety policies of the organization.
•Prepares monthly reports and makes presentations regularly to upper management.
•Provides on-job training, guidance and assistance to workers regarding HSEQMS awareness and performance.
•Participate in conducting walkthrough inspections / Internal Audit.
•Arrange Testing, Monitoring and Measurement related to HSEQMS.
•Monitoring HSEQMS related documents, reviews and records updated.
•Daily inspections regarding HSEQ performance and provides corrective action wherever required. Stop work in area if merited until corrective actions are implemented.

Crude Oil Testing :Run Downs & Finished Products Analysis
•Log and conveys test results with recommendation of all plant samples, intermediate and finished products to process shift incharge and oil movement shift incharge to improve productivity and product quality.
•Prepare monthly time sheets, check attendance, assign shift duties and authorizes technicians to work overtime.
•Train technicians/analysts and also the existing staff for job rotation and conduct HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) training for workers and other staff.
•Assist sectional Manager in the planning and the after wards maintaining sectional capital & operating budget.
HSEQ Engineer ( 3 year's ) Responsible to HSEQ implement
In My exprience i worked in Pakistan PVC as deputy Manager in processing manufaturing caustic soda, PVC resin, Hydrochloric acid, PVC pipes ( 3/4'' to 14'' dia and fittings, diferent types of PVC compounds ie cable, shoe etc...... Presently in refinery working in technology department
