Accounts Work Description:-
• Costing of import consignment
• Inventory record keeping
• Preparation of all types of vouchers and Management of Petty Cash
• Assistance to General Manager Finance for Final Accounts
• Filling of Sales Tax returns, WHT statements,
• Process monthly payroll.
• Monitoring invoicing, payment and recovery.
• Daily MIS report (Bank position, Cash in hand position, Account receivable position, Inventory position, Goods in transit and under custom clearance report)
• Bank reconciliation statement
Imports Works Description:-
• Keep up-to-date information of all Customs Rules, Sales Tax Rules, Income Tax Rules and regulation.
• Electronic filling of Export and Import declaration on Pakistan Computerized Customs System -PACC & WEBOC
• Management and control of port charges (KICT, KPT, PICT, QICT, QDR)
• Management of Local Transportation from Karachi and Quettta to Lahore(Warehouse, Factory)
• Calculation of Duties & Taxes
• Documentation of customs formalities for import items (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of analysis, Certificate of Origin etc.)
• Liaison with Shipping line (Delivery order, Containers booking from port of loading)
• Online Tracking Consignment Status
• Liaison with Insurance Companies
• Liaison with bank for opening of Letter of Credit and LC amendment
• H. S. Code finding
