Looking after the Production department of 38 employees and machineries and to report directly to the Production manager and Director General. My major responsibilities include: ➢ Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
➢ Trial of new raw materials and additives, analyzing them for better quality and processing.
➢ To calculate optimum raw material mixing ratios for PPR and HDPE to colour master batches and PEX resin to catalyst..
➢ Attending the breakdowns and problem solving towards the printing machines (Image, Hitachi & Linx)
➢ To make standard parameters for machine settings both for Injection molding machines (JET master series 88 - 488 tons) and Extruders (Olimas, Italy and H.M.G.Refec Malaysia)
➢ Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
➢ Ensuring quality of the product by inspecting by various testing methods.
➢ To recommend ideas to improve production efficiency and devise new targets and goals for higher productivity, through work and method study and through application of proper working procedures.
➢ Overall responsibility of the production process.

➢ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance programme chart for both machines and moulds.
➢ Co- operates with quality control department to full- fill the product's requirement.
➢ According to the product's requirement, advice the tool room to change mould design, such as rib location, rib length, wall thickness etc.
