- Conduct network troubleshooting and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, Wireless network and Firewall.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the network infrastructure of the organization.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to safeguard the company’s data and confidential information.
- Work with cross-functional teams including software development, IT operations, and security teams to ensure smooth operations of the network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve their network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular network maintenance and updates to keep the network infrastructure up to date and secure.
Technical Skills:
- Network Protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, VPN, SSH, SIP
- Network Devices: Switches, Routers, Access Points, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VLANs
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, UNIX, macOS
- Network Security: Firewall, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, SIEM, Antivirus, Encryption
Coordinating all the support team activities between the Head Office, Different Vendors, and the end users in the bank branches.
Providing technical support to Development team in implementation of all the software’s at the Branches and Regional Office.
Attending all the technical problems at the region and giving support to the end user at best of their
Satisfaction and as per the SLA. (service level agreement).
