Key Responsibilities includes:
• Preparing & finalizing individuals, consolidation, financial statements & management reporting on a monthly, semi-annually, and annually.
• Preparing the Budget, Forecast & Cash Flow on semi-annually and annually in coordination with the BU (operation team).
• Perform cash flow management by analyzing the inflow and outflow of the company.
• To deal directly with the Bank regarding operational matters.
• To Supervise the Budget control process while approving the PR’s.
• To perform the KPI’s analysis of the business between Actual VS Budget & also report to the management on monthly basis, which ultimately present to the Board.
• To ensure the fully compliance of financial policies and procedures as prescribed by the company.
• To supervise all the finance team both Qatar & Oman locations as well as the accountants of individual locations.
• Liaison directly with the external auditors, consultants & tax advisory.
• To ensure the fully compliance & submission of WHT, VAT return, and Annual Income Tax return on a timely basis.
• To perform the Impairment analysis for the company assets on a yearly basis as per the IFRS-36.
• To perform the Finance function relating to the Accounts Payables & Receivables.
• Having a sound knowledge about IFRS, IAS & relevant local tax laws.
