PROJECT ENGINEER DUTIES
• Oversees all aspects of an assigned project, including planning, budgeting, and logistics.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER DUTIES
• Conduct tasks related with maintenance and operations team.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
• Ensure to commission instrumentation effective following with repair and replacement.
• Conduct test related to functional performance on instrumentation as needed by facility changes.
• Involve in evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required instrument maintenance or replacement activities.
• Maintain and update awareness of modifications to regulatory needs related to conduct of maintenance and construction of instrument.
• Ensure to interpret and suitably use ISA and CSA codes along with API installation practices and standards.
• Comply with classification and prioritization system for completion of work order.
• Assist planning plus operations staff to identify skills and resource needed to complete planning and reactive work activities.
TECHNICIAN DUTIES
•Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
•Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
•Ensures piping complies with electrical codes.
•Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.
•Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building.
•Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
•Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
•Replaces conduit and wiring as needed.
•Replaces circuit breakers as needed.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
•Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
CRANE OPERATOR STAGE 3 DUTIES
•Operation of Offshore Hydraulic Pedestal Cranes
•Crane electric/operator is responsible to work offshore in order to keep cranes available for all lifts, including personal transfer(frogging).
•To perform daily, monthly, yearly crane checks which is includes ropes change out.
•Active as a Performing authority to identify all preset risks on current task and to put controls for them in order to minimize the risk, provide Tool box Talk to the work party.
•To ensure all neccecary documents are updated and last revision is used.
•To raise corrective and support work orders throut the MAXIMO.
•To perform inspextion of all Fixed Lifting equipment available on platform(oil rig)
•Abyliti to work overtime in order to return Safety critical Equipment back to servise.
•Knowledge to inspect all rigging equipment.
•Service and routinely check equipment as per maintenance schedules/Establish an inspection list and perform inspections on a regular basis that are defined in the scope of work.
•Check delivered electrical or mechanical consumables for suitability to perform the task.
•Maintain and/or repair all electrical related equipment and facilities. Other duties/tasks as required.
•Fault finding & Troubleshooting
•Trainings applied to work specifics
•Work with Diagrams and Drawings

Cathodic protection Senior technician
Locations: Baku, BTC and SUPSA pipeline
Responsibilities (Include but not limited to)
•Electrical Engineer is responsible to work offshore and onshore in order to keep cathodic protection Transformer Rectifiers in operation condition.
•Cathodic protection Senior Technician is responsible to work onshore and To perform daily, monthly, yearly cathodic protection survey which is includes (DCVG survey on each Test Point).
•Active as a Performing authority to identify all preset risks on current task and to put controls for them in order to minimize the risk, provide Tool box Talk to the work party.
To ensure all neccecary documents are updated and last revision is used.
To raise corrective and support work orders throut the MAXIMO.
•Ability to work with work party as a good team player
•Abyliti to work overtime in order to return Safety critical Equipment back to service.
