Creating & developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Marketing department. Developing creative briefs and guiding creative direction & art direction to meet objectives for all advertising and communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels. Prepared a full holistic year plan based on IPSOS brand survey, SWOT analysis, brand current position & tactical Strategies to reach our target segments and increase brand awareness. Managing communication campaigns for the bank's main segments (Youth, Salary & Premium banking), seasonal cards campaigns, Real Estate services, Rewards program & discounts program. Develop & overlook all types of communication materials ( online & offline) insuring that all outcomes are under the brand guidelines. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, completing it with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Managing & overlooking expenses of the Marketing department for 2 years. Train & supervise marketing expense control staff including raising OPRs, budget reservations & tracking\reporting sheets. Acting as head of Marketing department for 2 quarters in 2022. Honored with Recognition Award as "Top Staff in Marketing & CCU", 2022 & 2023 Selcted from KIB management for 1 year scholarship in Business Development & Coaching courses with Australian University. 2024
Prepared & managed the annual budget of Marketing department for 3 years in coordination with all company's departments yearly objectives. Managing & maintaining the new branding guidelines for both Fuel stations & head office for all printings & productions. Managing & developing promotional campaigns, events & internal exhibitions. Develop the content & design of the annual report and all official communications for public & board members.
