•Delivery of financial target of motor fuel, lube and CNG
•Defend and grow the core business to increase the market share
•Delivery of superior customer experience onsite through high quality standards and availability of fuel
•To ensure that delivery of right quality and quantity of fuel to the customer
•Selection of retailers as per the specified criteria
•Develop people skills through their coaching and mentoring
•Develop understanding of retail economics to retailer to maintain the high standards on their sites and execution of their sales plan to grow their business
•To check proper handling of onsite promotions (CVP) and their smooth execution to develop and sustain the customers
•Manage the credit issues at site level and company level as well
•Visit the sites and conduct inspections and check the retail outlet compliant with Shell policies and standards
•Responsible to drive goal zero (No harm and no injury to people) through complete compliance with HSSE policies and verify the health of system through site HSSE audit
•To maintain operation excellence onsite through liaison with the maintenance contractor.
•To maintain site repayment plans and their smooth execution on monthly basis
•Keep abreast the retailers with all new technologies and standards
•Gather and share the market information with leadership team to make on time decision
•Keep complete liaison with the supply terminals (depot) for smooth supplies execution
•Handling of customer complaint and obtain their response for betterment in system
•Manage the lease agreement and franchise agreement with retailers.
•Maintenance of Quality Management System ISO 9001 of whole lube oil blending plant (LOBP) included production, filling, stores & packaging, inbound (purchasing) and outbound (Dispatching)
•Conduct quality testing of product (fuel and Lube) at Shell Technical Centre
•Look after all the administrative issues included purchasing of material at Shell Technical Centre
•Conduct wet stock management (product reconciliation) at retail site level
•To check the sites measures (quantity), product quality and CNG quantity as per Shell & National standard
•To provide technical assistance to colleagues and retailers regarding the product
•Handling of the lubricant quality issues and provide technical assistance to customers and retailers
•Handling of retailer and customer complaints related to product (HSD & SUP) at site level and provide technical assistance to them
•To share the monthly summary pertaining to customer complaints, quality & quantity issues and any reconciliation issue of the product with steering committee
•Train the retailer, site staff and customers regarding product handling (MSDS)
•To develop the new clients and market.
•Courtesy visits on current and ex-clients to get the idea of customer satisfaction and develop new business
•Finalize the contract with customer after understanding of their requirements and gap analysis
•Conduct weekly and monthly performance review meetings of business
•Collect and analyze the data of competitors and to share it with management for business decision
•Provide consultancy of ISO 9001 standard to the client
•Projects management till the client get ISO 9001 certified by certification body
•Design, develop and implement quality management system of given clients and get them ISO 9001 certified.
•Develop system procedures with compliance of ISO 9001 standard
•Conduct ISO 9001 standard awareness sessions
•Develop auditors through ISO standard audit training
•Perform gap analysis of existing system to identify areas for improvements
