Monitor and maintain diesel generator systems and power equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator sets (gensets).
• Operate and manage Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems and load distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support general facility and mechanical maintenance activities, including washers, dryers, and commercial appliances.
• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment faults, ensuring continuous operational readiness.
• Request quotations from vendors for spare parts; prepare and submit purchase requests for genset, ATS, and UDS components.
• Manage vendor relationships - evaluate supplier performance, negotiate pricing, and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Conduct safety training sessions and prepare JSA/JESA (Job Safety & Environmental Analysis) for the power generation section.
• Log, update, and close work orders using MAXIMO CMMS; maintain accurate maintenance history records.
• Order and track materials through MAXIMO; ensure adequate bench stock levels for critical spare parts.
• Carry out site visits for project work, perform load testing, and review/approve vendor projects.
• Arrange MHE (Material Handling Equipment) for genset installation and maintenance activities.

Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment, including roll-up doors, washers & dryers, commercial kitchen equipment, and hydraulic pop-up barriers.
• Service and repair commercial washers and dryers - replace motors, belts, heating elements, control boards, door seals, and pumps; ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration units, and deep fryers.
• Perform repairs on roll-up doors (motors, belts, relays, contactors, capacitors, springs, bearings, shafts, and safety devices), including torsion spring adjustment and replacement.
• Maintain hydraulic pop-up barriers, including solenoid valves, control valves, hoses, cylinders, pressure switches, timers, and PCB boards; inspect nitrogen accumulator pressure (pre-charge up to 1200 psi).
• Support emergency plumbing and HVAC maintenance activities.
• Write and review Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all maintenance activities; conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Manage vendor communications - request quotations, evaluate proposals, and raise purchase orders for materials and services.
• Update and manage work orders in MAXIMO CMMS; track equipment history, PM schedules, and corrective actions.
• Order materials via MAXIMO; manage inventory stock levels and coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to technicians; monitor workload and maintenance costs.
• Prepare weekly reports and maintenance presentations for senior management.
• Lead daily safety meetings and train new technicians on equipment handling and safety protocols.
