• The warehouse uses the Exceed Warehouse Management System and Radio
Frequency Technology.
• Customers being managed include the largest wholesalers & leading retailers
in FMCG, Supermarket chains, handling of food, spare parts, electronics,
telecommunication, garments, fashion wear, footwear, Dairy Product etc
• Planned and implemented the processes for RF initiated Cycle counts and
Annual stock counts.
• Set up and managing the Data cell department for data collection, creation,
transfer, analysis, product placement and verification of data in Exceed WMS
for the smooth and hassle-free regional and retail third party logistics
operation.
• Solving tactical and strategic problems if any by reviewing and analyzing the
operations.
• Created and maintained service level agreements and set up and monitored
KPIs to ensure that they are being met.
• Conducted an analysis of the warehouse throughput and storage
requirements to conceive and execute a project that optimized volume
