PROJECT TITLE: (MBA) A Study on “Psychological Contract among employees” at Crowne
Plaza Bengaluru.
SUMMARY: Successfully completed 10 weeks of survey for leading hotel chain Crowne Plaza of
Inter Continental Hotel Group, from survey & data analysis we were able to analyze
the relationship between employer & employee exists in this organization, the study
shows outcome that there is more of transactional contract than relational contract.
