• Ultra (Unilever Trade Resource Automation) is a project to harmonize the Trade and Sale Activities all over Pakistan, project ULTRA was conceived by Unilever Pakistan Limited. One dimension of the project was the requirement of an effective computerized system to facilitate in managing the Distributor activities (Primary and Secondary Sales, Distribution Efficiency, KPI Monitoring System (Productivity, Strike rate, Sku/Call, Drop Size), Sales Analysis, POP Level Access, Paper less environment, Target Monitoring, Credit Control System, ROI, IQ, and EDGE etc)
• I have implemented the ULTRA in different towns. During implementation I have trained the Software Users and Sales team (DSRs, TMs and Distributor) and bridging the gap between ideal condition and realities of the Market.
