Lead all activities for Commissioning and Startup of Refrigeration Package.
Lead all activities for Commissioning and Startup of Oxidation Air Compressor.
Lead all activities for Commissioning and Startup of Cooling Water System.
Lead all activities for ESD Functional Testing and Loop Testing.
Lead all Commissioning Activities of Plant.
Review all Drawings and P&IDS as per Saudi Aramco standard.
Simulate different scenarios for Panel Operator.
Simulate Startup Scenario with KBR for Phenol Unit.
Carry out Badger Licensor Training for Cumene Unit.
Badger Training consist of Propylene Treatment, Benzene Treatment, Alkylation Reactor, Trans Alkylation Reactor and Distillation Section.
Carry out KBR Licensor Training for Phenol Unit.
KBR Training consist of Oxidation of Cumene, Cleavage, Stripping, Hydrogenation of Alpha Methyl Styrene, Fractionation of Phenol and Acetone, Cleavage and Neutralization.
Complete systemization of the facility including mark up of P&ID’s as necessary
Prepare detail plans, project procedures, preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up plans and procedures
Reviews final Process punch list, and works with commissioning authority to trouble shoot / resolve any critical engineering issues.
Reviews or produces Process sketches and system schematics for complicated design tasks such as layout of mechanical or electrical rooms.
Reviews Process Contractor generated specifications, drawings and engineering documents to assure compliance with Company standards.
Oversee Process elements of construction and commissioning to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to the engineering requirements.
Provides input for and assists in the preparation of performance evaluations of assigned subordinate personnel.
Manage and participate in all key design review meetings.
Coordinate the commissioning effort between all EPC schedules ensuring that the overall project goals are recognized and that there is alignment in both the documentation and processes being used
Validate EPC documents and plans prepared and currently being prepared for commissioning and start-up of the plant
Engage in discussions with EPC contractors to facilitate integration of start-up sequence across all EPC packages
Ensure that requirements of Licensor's Secrecy Agreements are known and complied with.
Control EPC contractor work to ensure full compliance with the contract, project specifications and licensor requirements.

Currently I am performing my duties as an Operation ENGINEER on Diesel Max Unit (HYDROCRACKER UNIT) with a capacity of 22450 BPSD at PARCO .I joined PARCO as trainee engineer in process department and worked for three years. Now I am working as a GROUP HEAD-II from last two years on Diesel Max Unit.
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting the production targets by safe and smooth plant operation with optimized plant conditions and energy efficiency
Supervise all activities related to start-up / Shut-down of the plant.
Process monitoring and optimization by using PICS (HONEY WELL)
Diagnosing plant problems by applying various techniques like Statistical/Regression Analysis, Statistical Process Control.

I am working in Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) at VGO HYDROCRAKING UNIT.
Currently I am working with Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd (PARCO) Pakistan as a SHIFT SUPERVISOR. My job is to perform all operating task and insured safe and effective operation conditions as per company policy.
Accept shift from outgoing Shift Engineer with detailed log of operational adjustments and changes during previous shift and hand over jobs.
Ensuring steady operation, safe and accident free start ups, shut downs, Emergency handlings during utility failures as per standard operating procedures.
Detection, analysis, Troubleshooting & De-bottlenecking of operational constraints in Diesel hydro-cracking and Hydro-desulphurization plants.
Issuing regular Instructions for adjusting process parameters for desired through put, product yield and quality.
Efficiently coordinated in Multi Disciplinary team, In-depth understanding of catalytic hydro treating process, and vital precautions for handling catalysts, catalyst reduction procedure (Sulfiding), hydro processing concepts and chemical reactions, Operation objectives, process dynamics, parameters control philosophy Safety logics in High pressure System.
