Responsible for collection invoices.
Responsible for building invoice follow up sheet (invoice status or log sheet).
Responsible about archiving and documents arranging.
Responsible about any Banking transactions) Letters of Guarantee, Deposits, follow-up bank accounts… etc.)
Collect monthly reports from sales and technical teams and apply for CEO.
Prepare and schedule team (meetings, travels) and customer visits and trainings
