Responsible for all planning, operations and service and Eltek Global Repair & Return center including maintains R&R lab stock, necessary documentation and tool invento-ry by checking stock to determine inventory level; audit of stock; anticipating needed spares; placing and expediting orders for spares; verifying receipt of spares.
Develop and Implement new troubleshooting and test procedures for repairing by reviewing related technical publications, recommending new methods for work im-provement, Components CO implementation, work planning, monitoring, and ap-praising job results
Making RCA report of faulty items and escalates the technical issues.
