o Ensure Emergency Response & Fire Fighting System is in good working condition and is tested at regular intervals. Also ensure that First Aid arrangements with sufficient Trained First Aiders are readily available
o Successfully transformed Business Unit Management Review Meetings to Individual Country wise Management Review Meeting to perform this activity with special focus on that particular country and to effectively carry out review of QHSE Management System effectiveness
o Achieved target for providing QHSE Management System Documentation to all global users in different Business Units by maintaining their Data Servers. Same information is being maintained on INTECH Portal on QMS and HSE Pages

• Project QHSE
o Successfully conducted Customer PQ & QHSE Audits globally for Cameron, Technip, HESS, Shell, Mobil, TOTAL, Chevron & ENI and qualified INTECH as Approved Vendor for Projects & Services
o Successfully deployed proactive mechanism for obtaining Customer Feedback during Project Execution and finally at the end of Project to in line INTECH with client requirements
o Effectively managed Customer Complaint Process to ensure timely response and effective resolution is provided to client in case of any concern or complaint
o Documented Client / Site Guidelines based on client provided information and Lesson Learnt from Project Execution to help Operations Team improve Quality and exceed client Expectations in each Project

o Provide proactive support to Sales in getting INTECH as Preferred Vendor from just being in AVL (Approved Vendor List)
o Successfully carried out Customer Audits for Prequalification as Approved Vendor and for being qualified for Project for various IOC’s i.e. Shell, Exxon, Chevron, NIPEX, HESS, Cameron, ENI etc. Major successful Audit was for TOTAL OML-100 upgrade Project (Approx. Project Value: $ 12.0 M )
o Actively maintaining QHSE Management System Performance and continuously fulfill ever changing requirements of clients via 3rd Party Evaluators like PEC Premier & ISNetworld
• Employee Trainings
o Carry out Orientation of all new Joiners in the company in all Business Units of INTECH Process Automation to help them in getting acquainted with INTECH QHSE Management System and contribute to its effectiveness
o Developed HSE Training Program (Basic & Advanced Level 22 Training Courses with Visual Aids) for INTECH Resources and completed all these Trainings in 1 year for all Business Units
o Developed and deployed Employee Training DB at INTECH Portal having all relevant information

• HSE
o Achieved Safety Targets of Safe Operations of 100 TPD Plant at Lahore and Karachi for ZERO Accident for various Plants
o Developed Plant / Location wise Safety Precautions and implemented HOT/COLD Work Permit System accordingly
o Conducting Safety Talk on Monthly basis to cover various Safety Topics as per Safety Training Program
o Carried out Safety Walk of all Plants on Monthly basis and carried out Risk Assessment / Inspection accordingly
o Designed and implemented Fire Fighting and Emergency Evacuation Plan for all Plants. Ensured Training of Employees and nominated them in various Fire Fighting & Salvage Parties to ensure their safety in all situations
o Maintained all Fire Fighting System (Fire Hydrant System and Fire Extinguishers) in operational condition via regular monitoring
o Maintained First Aid arrangements and ensured that Trained First Aiders are always available during 24 Hrs. Plant operations by close coordination with Production Department
o Carried out Emergency Evacuation & Fire Fighting Drills on Monthly basis to ensure that employee are well prepared in all emergency situations
o Ensured safe Plant Maintenance by internal Maintenance Department & External Maintenance Vendors by carrying out JSA before every Maintenance activity
o Carried out Security Walk during surprise visits at night for Plant Site to ensure all Security Arrangements (Cameras, Security Rounds, Locks & other Systems) are being effectively implemented
o Devised Defensive Driver Course for Product Distribution Fleet and ensured ZERO Accidents during Product Transportation to all over Pakistan and to various Oil & Gas Customers
o Carried out Visits of Company Distributors all over Pakistan to ensure they are complying to Fine Gas HSE Management System and carrying Cylinder Filling as per safety rules and regulations
o Developed and documented Product Safety Sheets for all Products and ensured its effective communication to all of its clients via Visits, Visibility on Products and Meetings while their visits to Offices
• Operations
o Looked after Product Supply Fleet (Fleet of 12 Vehicles with ISO / Non-ISO Tanks having Storage capacity from 3000 M3 to 22, 000 M3) with almost 20 Drivers to ensure timely and safe Product Distribution throughout Pakistan specially complying to Oil & Gas customer requirements
o Successfully worked as Asst Project Manager with Sr. Operations Manager to install 4.0 MW GE Jenbacher Power House looking after all Local Procurement (Approx. PKR 35.0 M) and completed Project within Budget and on time
o Sourced Atlas Copco for carrying out maintenance of High Speed Turbines and Centrifugal Compressors of Fine Gas Lahore Plant and carried out Maintenance as per Plants 5 Yearly Maintenance Plan
o Ensured safe Plant Maintenance by internal Maintenance Department & External Maintenance Vendors by carrying out JSA before every Maintenance activity
