One of three persons selected to establish a new Section for the organization. Oversee planning, design, and implementation of an enterprise statistical and economic database to support the reporting and decision-making needs of the Chairman, Executive President, General Managers, and Department Directors. Coordinate requirement gathering, development, and implementation functions for the Statistics & Economics Database.
Work closely with IT department and vendors on design and development. Audit data quality and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Create and implement policies and procedures for data management. Create and distribute reports on socio-economic data as needed.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all reporting, trend analysis, and dashboard requirements.
Led the optimization of database capabilities to achieve a high availability, high performance system that
meets 100% of SLAs.

address revenue enhancement objectives, focusing on housing, hospital, education, and other factors.
Designed quarterly, monthly, and special reports, including the Quarterly Economic Review.
Carried out economic analyses of business and development opportunities, reviewed city zoning and master plans, and analyzed economic planning processes. Prepared reports to facilitate construction location selection, city strategy planning, and economic plans. Authored proposals. Authored product and service portfolios.
