*Managing plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, packaging and dispatching.
Directing and coordinating with tool room and electroplating department.
Preparing daily production report to monitor and control production rate.
Planning and scheduling of predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
Conducting quality checks time to time to ensure best quality.
Preparing time study table to monitor and reduce lead time in production.
Preparing tool and raw material report to control inventory in effective manner.
Providing leadership and skill training to newly joined individuals.
Being a production engineer, I am responsible for continuous production eliminating lead time, achieving quality product with maximum productivity and production rate. I manage a team of 80 members in the production unit.
I did my bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from a premier institute in Lucknow capital city of Uttar Pradesh, India. During my degree in mechanical engineering, I undergone through two summer training, two winter training, one seminar and one major project. 1. My first industrial summer training was in Quality Management System (QMS) consisting of ISO 9001:2008 awareness, 5S, KANBAN, Kaizan and JIT (Manufacturing) methodologies. 2. My second industrial summer training was in Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) consisting CAD designing and CNC programming. 3. First winter training, I undergone was in AutoCAD designing. 4. Second winter training was specialized Automobile Designing program. 5. I have undertake a seminar on "Compressed Air Engine and Vehicle" (CAEV) 6. I undertake a major project on "Regenerative Electric Vehicle"
