Roles & responsibilities
 Review & approvals of the Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, RFI (TQ), Method Statement &
Commissioning reports.
 Attending the Technical coordination meeting with Client & Contractors.
 Reviewing the MEP Contractors Monthly bills.
 Raising SIN & NCR.
 Carrying out the inspection of Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Services (Transformers,
Generators, LV & ELV Panels).
 Review and approval of Cause & Effect Matrix.
 Carried out the inspection of integration of Fire Alarm service with all the FLS Services (Car Park
Fans, Jet Fans Pressurization Units, Extract Fans, AHU, FAHU, MSFD, Elevators, Escalators,
Turnstile, Gate Barriers, Access Control Systems) prior to Civil Defense Inspection.
 Review the relevant As Built drawing and made sure that all the site conditions are properly
incorporated.

Roles & responsibilities
 Carried out dilapidation of all the Electrical Services (MV, LV, ELV & specialized services).
 Submission of Technical Submittals, Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, SLD’s and As-Built.
 Preparation of the BOQ and ordering the same as per technical approvals.
 Submission of technical query (RFI) on missing information on the drawings and specification.
 Carried out the installation and energization of Generators, ATS & Transformers.
 Installation & energization of LV Panels, FACP, PA, DDC, LCP, Telecom Racks.
 Executed the Structured Cabling of the entire network & the Active Switches (LLD)
 Carried out the integration of Fire Alarm service with all the FLS Services (Car Park Fans, Jet Fans
Pressurization Units, Extract Fans, AHU, FAHU, MSFD, Elevators, Escalators, Turnstile, Gate
Barriers, Access Control Systems).
 Carried out the successful Blackout/Doomsday for the building which includes the monitoring of
C&E and integration of all FLS services as per the Civil defense requirements.

 Preparation of BOQ as per site condition, through SnagR & Keizeo Forms Software.
 Preparation of missing Shop drawings & Single line drawings.
 Carrying out the material submittals as per approved KAFD Vendor list

Project : ITCC Phase- II (Rayadah Digital City) Client : Rayadah Investment Company (RIC). Consultant : Consolidated Consultants. ITCC Project also known as Rayadah Digital city comprises of the following: 106 Villas (4 types), 96 Apartment Buildings (13 types), Boys & Girls School, Masjid & Grand Masjid, Commercial Shopping Center, Sport Club Building, Supporting Facilities, Swimming Pools, Infrastructure work, Automated Waste Collection System, 2 Auditoriums (Entertainment Centers of 100 & 200 Seating). Roles & responsibilities:
•Study the basic design engineering of the project, ascertaining the scope of the Project.
•To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.
•Preparation of Voltage drop calculations and Load distribution schedules.
•Execution of site activities and coordinating with other disciplines
•Installation of LV Cables through Cable Trays, Trenches & Direct buried.
•Carried out Insulation Test, Continuity of Electrical Cables.
•Installation of RMU, Dry Type Transformers, Generators & LV Panels.
•Executed the preparation of Duct bank for the possible entry of cable of SEC Incoming Lines.
•Installation of Earthing & Lightning protection system.
•Installation of Bulkhead Lamp, mirror Lamp & ceiling Lamp of the associated buildings.
•Installation of Fire alarm, Public address system, Access control system, IP Telephone, IP CCTV system & Building Management System (BMS) devices & all low current system devices within our scope.
•Inspect & monitor the daily activities of the site work & forecast the work ahead.
•Maintain the monitoring of materials need in the site & regularly follow-up the materials request to the Material controller/ Store.
•Preparation of weekly and Monthly site activity reports.
