Working as role Information Security Officer, which covers developing, review, implementation and managing of various Information Security program activities to maintain the organization risk at an acceptable level across the Bank.
Develop and ensure the implementation of Information Security Policies and track the policy compliance.
The role also includes management of centralized access control for all the bank wide systems.

Responsibilities:
The role covers all major functions of IT Infrastructure Administrator. Which includes problem solving and maintenance, Change management, L2/L3 Service Desk Support, Service improvement. Role also involved technology, business relationship management which provided exposure and understanding on various banking business processes. Some of the main areas on the role included the following:-
Project planning and implementations of new site setups (branches) and new solution setups.
On Going DR Site Improvement planning and implementation.
Co-ordination with service desk, Project and other relevant teams for resolving high impact system issues. This involved coordinating with various vendors all over the world.
Administering Managing EMC VNX Storage (VNX 5300) and Fiber Switch (IBM Brocade B 40).
Managing and Administering Microsoft System Center Products (SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, SCSM)
Administering and Managing Managengine products (ADManagerPlus, ADAuditPlus and ADSelfServicePlus)
Administering SharePoint server on WSS 3.0, SPF 2010 and MOSS 2010.
SharePoint custom application design and managing of SharePoint portal and its components.
Server Virtualization (VM Ware ESX and Hyper-V).
Administering BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
A Full time Administrator of Microsoft Infrastructure Environment.
Administering and Managing MS Server (WIN2K8 & WIN2K3) and Desktop (WIN7 & WINXP) platforms.
Administrator with HP Data Protector 6.0(Backup), McAfee Antivirus, Right Fax, and other Servers.
Administering HP DL Server’s and HP Tape Library’s and Dell R720 Servers.

Managing and administering various Office Automation systems for HR and Admin Div. (Digital Signage, Access Control, Staff Attendance, Queue Management System, and CCTV).

Ensuring SLA and OLA compliance.
Studying user requirements, Preparing business requirement documents, Technical specs for Solutions, Preparing IT standard procedures and policies, Translating business requirements into IT terms and implementing the system changes needed through a systematic change management procedure.
Worked as a Technical Support Engineer-Offsite (NOC). Providing L2 level (escalated) Telephone and Remote Support to WIPRO Site and Field engineers all over India. Was coordinating with various internal divisions and external vendors all over the world. Some of the key areas are below:-
Providing L2 Level Support to FE Engineer’s and Site Engineers all over INDIA.
Handling Escalation Calls for Premier Accounts like HDFC BANK, SCB, SBI, etc.
Generating and Publishing Team MIS reports.
Coordinating with other MVS partner’s and Internal divisions to resolve the issue within SLA.
Providing Hardware and Software Support to Windows Desktop Platform.
Providing Hardware and Software Support to Windows & Linux Server Platform’s.
Various Application Support, Antivirus, Mail Clients, and all Office Applications.
Taking System Health reports and Monitoring Server’s through remotely.
Remote Administration (Using WebEx and Remote Desktop).
Worked as a Technical Support Engineer-Onsite in Airtel - MP (Bharati) Call Center as a member of IBM Project Team. Providing Network & Hardware support, dealing with planning, implementing and maintaining Networks on Microsoft & Linux platforms.
Also worked as a Field Engineer for Clients like LIC, Punjab National Bank, Bajaj Allianz, Bank of India, Idea Cellular, ABB, HPCL, etc. Some of the main roles below:-
