Prepared Drawings for lighting, power, LCS and arrangement
of LV room equipment as per DEWA and DA standards.
• Provide containment and wiring for all electrical system such
as lighting, power, SCS, CCTV, ACS etc.
• Installation and energizing of CSU (combination socket
unit) and other industrial socket based on DA checklist.
• Conduct inspections for Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Program, reporting, finding and recommendation.
• Execution of lightning protection system (LPS) as per BS
standard and CCTV system for complete ATCT (air traffic
control tower).
• Installation of Ring main unit nos. in convenience with the MV
cable laying.
• Installation of Step down transformer in co-ordination of HV
and LV side of the transformer, Cabling & Solo run test.
• Cable laying and termination for both MV and LV as per DA
standards to avoid cable overlapping in cable tray.
• Initiate Final Inspection to Dubai Authority to release the
power supply for the complete buildings.
• Initiate Final Inspection to Dubai Authority to release the

• Co-ordination with steel contractor for the foundation support
channel of LV panel and other equipments.
• Supervision of other related electrical works according to the
specifications and DEWA standards.
Taking out Quantity and follow up the supplier for quotation.
• Designing of Lighting, power layouts, Load schedule, single line
diagram and the related engineering calculations as per DEWA.
• Preparation of Lighting Design using DIALUX software and
producing lighting Distribution based on lux level Scheme.
