Responsibilities:
•Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment to the specifications of client proposals
•Software installation, uninstallation, up-gradation
•Trouble shoot for internet connectivity issues.
•Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance.
•Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors etc and to provide technical assistance and support
•Installing & upgrading latest software through management console.
•Installation of printers
•The other responsibilities are to make changes in the applications according to the business users, monitoring of application servers and coordinating regression testing for major application and maintaining the application instances, file systems and database upgrades.
•Prepare relevant documentation such as known errors, solutions, major incident reports that will help in continuous improvement.
•Provides Remote Support to the site offices.
•Configuration and troubleshooting of messaging clients like Outlook Express, Lotus Notes
•Effective network troubleshooting and problem solving skills with software, server, and hardware devices.
•Install / upgrade Anti-Virus agent and software.
•Health check of applications.
