Identify & develop regional sales training priority & focus for enhancing people performance, through consultative approach.
Influence and engage regional & national business managers in training projects, aligned with overall business goals
Customization & delivery of core training programmes (content, Activities etc) for field force across levels (TBM / ABM) in the region.
Conduct skills & behavior development workshops as specific needs of the business in the region in line with national plan
Post programme review and follow up with participants, Supervisors (as per plan with business units)
Ensure application learning’s, sustenance of implementation,
follow up through on job (field) coaching & evaluation across levels in sales team.
Contribute to the team through best practices, training resources, sharing of learning’s.
Plan and co-facilitate the new hires & induction workshops in
Collaboration with sales, marketing, medical & HR.
