Managing the Marketing and Sales for Electronic Locks and Access control for major projects within the UAE, Qatar and Africa.
During the period of my service, I achieved and supervised many major installations mostly Hotels. I have advised the management to acquire new range of access control products to increase the overall range of solutions to enhance electronic security department. Some of the responsibilities are:
• Responsible for the total Electronic security department's Sales and Marketing activities.
• Provide presentations about the security solutions to major hotel chains like Sheraton, Rotana, Moevenpick, ACCOR group and many more.
• Introduced On-line access control system in the range to cover a wide range of market and not only hotel sector.
• Provided regular sales trainings to sales staff about the overall electronic security product range and how to tackle the attacks from the competitors.
• Arrange seminars and trade shows and keep track of potential clients to be invited for the same.
• Supervised Installation of Electronic Locks and accessories for many Hotel projects and provide trainings to the hotel staff on the use of software.
• Handling the technical issues, and provide solutions to the customer to avoid recurring problems.
• Increased and accomplished sales targets for the electronic security products as per the market strategy and demand.
• Successfully won many major projects from a tough competition like Jumeirah Beach Residence 4 Hotels, Ramada Burj Khalifa Dubai, Bavaria Executive Suites, Sheraton, The Montgomery Club, 3 Hotels (Nuran) by Emaar Properties, most of the hotels from Chains like Marriott Intl., Rotana Hotels, ACCOR Group, and many more individual hotels.
• Developed Effective Maintenance Methods and Procedures to keep practices up to date and implemented Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program and organized the engineering and maintenance activities.
