social media specialist to devise pitches, proposals to win
new business
campaign that meets the client's brief and
budget.
Planning and preparing marketing strategies, proposals,
events and presentations for new and existing clients like
Café Society Dubai, Ococoon, Sirena Tuna Arabia, Aprons
and Hammers, Vintage Chocolate Lounge, Armonia.
Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients.
Maintain a good working relationship with existing and new
clients like Fairmont Ajman, Fairmont Fujairah, St. Regis
Dubai, Raffles Dubai, Intercontinental DFC, The Ritz
Carlton DIFC.
Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts.
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making
sure deadlines are met.

Handle FMCG brands like ETI, Sirena Tuna, Whitakers and
Bega Cheese. Promoter’s activation, brand talk, event
organization and sponsorship events.
Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress.
Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the
campaign.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to
securing a deal
Writing status reports.
Determine and set detailed project outlines and goals as
per client needs.
• Work hand-in-hand with clients, and assist in all details,
from legal obligations, civil contracts, to aesthetics
involved.
• Issue and monitor project proposals, RFP’s, tenders,
budgets, and cash flows preliminary schedules.
• Prepare project organization and communication charts for
entire team
• Chair site-meetings; track the progress and quality of work
being performed by design disciplines/trades.
• Ensure smooth communication and meet client’s needs in a
timely and cost effective manner.
• Review field inspection reports from consultants, issue
contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, etc.
• Maintain contract execution tracking Log.
• Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all
required project closeout documents are obtained.
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with
a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this
attitude in others.
Research, identify and evaluate the market and target new
clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plan & profitable
business opportunities.
• Set overall company and department-specific sales/budget
targets
