Scope of work : Construction of 17 storied General Audit Building.
Responsibilities :
* Monitor, record and report project progress against the agreed program.
* Review, approve and record all inspection activities submitted by contractor
* Advice and issue instructions to contractor on all corrective action to deviation.
* Ensure that contractors comply with drawings and specifications in terms of
design, materials and workmanship standards.
* Review constructions programs and plans.
* Check and approve contractor’s request for payment and submit approval for
these payments.
