Managed Large-Scale Infrastructure projects for “Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu” Saudi Arabia. Projects included construction of Irrigation Water Pumping Station, Telecommunication Exchange Building and IPTV Head-End Building, Roads, Storm Drainage, all service utilities including Electrical/Instrumentation (MV and LV Infrastructure), Telecom (FTTH), Water, Sanitary waste Lifting stations and piping network and Roads (Including Traffic Signal System and Road Lighting)
Key Impact Areas:
Deployment of all project scope including but not limited to Earth Works, Site Preparation, Storm Drainage, Roads Infrastructure, Pumping Stations for irrigation, Potable and sanitary water (Including Instrumentation & SCADA), Telecommunication Infrastructure (FTTH), LV and MV Electrical networks, Traffic Signals and Street Lighting, Fiber Network, Piping Networks, Roads Networks etc.
Planning, management, and supervision of all Project Works as per client standards/ specifications with required ES&H and Quality standards
Monitoring & Control of project progress to ensure deliverables meet cost/schedule and quality requirements of the project
Providing leadership and direction to the team of planners, cost controllers, Quantity surveyors, contract administration and Budget Engineers in developing, establishing, monitoring, and controlling of project schedules, costs, quantities, budgets, contract claims and change orders.
Identification of resources and requirements assign responsibilities and coordinate with project staff directly and indirectly to ensure successful completion of project.
Arrange and manage planning workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors / clients.
Supervising Construction work and Leading Construction Manager, Site Engineers, and construction personnel
Identifying & mitigating risks in project deliveries including technical architecture, implementation & deployment.
Working with Supply chain and Contracts departments for preparation of Subcontract agreements for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Telecom Work Packages.
Scrutinizing commercial & technical specification of contracts; preparing Change/Variation orders, claims, back charges, material supply, sub-contractor approval packages, certificate of final acceptance, and other legal or contractual packages as needed with coordination of project controls team.
Providing support to project controls department for internal reporting such as cash flow, productivity analysis, schedule impact, estimation, and change management etc.
Participate in review of Change Order Requests and advise on actions.
Prepared change order technical and commercial proposal for submission to Client and sent monthly project progress reports to organizational management and client, implemented look ahead schedule plan & monitored actual progress with the support of project control team.
Weekly progress meetings with client to discuss the issues and concerns on site and progress.
Coordination with SEC, STC, MARAFIQ and other entities for shutdown to complete relevant project scope
Interface meetings with other contractors and regulatory authorities i.e., SEC, MARAFIQ, STC and other entities
Arrangement of Materials, logistics, manpower, finalizing sub-contractors, vendors.
Involvement with tendering team to submit technical package for new project bidding.
Arrangement of relevant work permits for completion of project scope.
Supervision of Projects Mobilization/De-mobilization activities with complete contractual/commercial paper works with client and other involved entities
