Duties -Study the technical feasibility & cost-benefit analysis of project
-Develop the investment budgets and negotiate the necessary resources (human,
technical, financial, schedule)
-Organize and plan the projects with the risk management
-Ensure the coordination between all stakeholders involved in the project
-Supervise the project engineering and operational activities
-Coordinate and insure the safety regulation during the projects operations
-Support the startup and commissioning and smooth transition to production team
-Procure and install new equipments
-Follow-up the production’s tools development (injection, extrusion and blowing
moulds) from the needs definition till the product launch to market
