Specialized in commercial and residential real estate, selling, buying and leasing properties. In the last five years my focus on managing high rise rental properties for clients and companies, preparing real estate portfolio for investors. Duties include managing and training agents and sale associates for compliance with the real estate commission rules and regulations.
In charge of the hotel operation, overseeing all departments, ensuring that all department are functioning as planned, to be sure that, our services is exceeding the expectation of our selective clientele, reporting to the hotel managing director.
Hired to establish a huge catering operation, to serve multiple divers groups, I led the start up of the operation, hired, trained and developed personnel to serve very large volume of customers during the first Gulf war.
Hired as operation manager for the food catering service and housekeeping for the military hospital in Sharjah, then promoted to become the manager of food operation for two hospitals, nursing school and sporting club in Abu Dhabi.
