Day to day troubleshooting in COT database and network
systems. Work with respective IT divisions to resolve issues as quickly as possible with minimal impact on CC business

Manage inventory which includes IT hardware and software licenses.

Prepare yearly IT budget (CAPEX & OPEX) as per Contact Center requirements and present to upper management.

Work with Head Office System Administrators to ensure all systems including Servers, PCs, Anti-Virus Updates, Domain users and Email addresses of all CC employees are in proper order and working condition. Carry out updates on systems as per instructions of System Admins.

Manage CC server room equipment, making sure all systems are arranged properly.
