I worked for The Saudi British Bank (SABB) for four years. My first responsibility was a bank teller. I deposited and withdrew funds for customers, figured exchange rates for foreign currencies and arranged money transfers both in and outside the country.
My next responsibility was customer service where I opened accounts and assisted customers with bank products such as, loans and credit cards. I did this for one year until I was promoted to the position of customer services supervisor. I was responsible for five tellers, insuring the transactions and operation of the teller boxes were accurate, as well as supplying the ATM machine with all the necessary items for proper operation. I was also authorized to sign checks issued to the bank.
