Events
Respond quickly for guest requests, supervisor or management in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, and storage and service areas.
Organize stages; arrange tables and chairs for upcoming events.
Assist kitchen staff during large events, conferences and weddings.
Provide guests with information around the hotel; assist with the inquiries around the area.
Escorting guests to different venues around the hotel.
Occasionally assist other F&B outlets within the property; act as a waiter.

Greet and welcome the guest to the hotel.
Deliver letters, faxes, boxes and flowers to the guest rooms.
Assist the guest with their luggage on arrival/departure to the hotel.
Escort guest to their rooms; answer all guest questions.
Assist guest with transportation inquiries.
Assist each and every guest with the direction in the hotel or in the city.
